Looking to give back to your community this year?

✨Here are 3 ways YOU can give back and support visually impaired children & their families this Giving Tuesday:

This past year, CCVI staff conducted nearly 8,000 hours of therapy service across the region.

When you support CCVI this Giving Tuesday, you’re not just providing visually impaired children with access to specialized vision services. You’re ALSO helping parents and caregivers access the knowledge they need to support and advocate for their child.

“I'm forever thankful I've obtained that knowledge and those skills to continue helping [my son] outside of his therapy times. I think it's important to have that knowledge of how to help your child in ways that you never thought you'd have too.” - CCVI Parent on Therapy Services

We love warm sunny days on the playground!

Whether it’s lying on the merry-go-round or going down the slide, these moments cultivate emotional and social development in all our students.

Plus, who doesn’t love recess?!

When you support CCVI this , you’re providing life changing vision services to children with visual impairments, including those with multiple disabilities!

You can support kids like Matthew and their families when you donate to CCVI this Giving Tuesday!

⭐November Staff Spotlight: Chrystal Greer (Teaching Assistant)

Our next Staff Spotlight of the month goes to Ms. Chrystal, who’s been with CCVI for nearly 10 years! Chrystal is a compassionate individual who always shows up for her students and coworkers. She is incredibly patient during stressful times and is always willing to help different teachers throughout the day whenever there is a need!

Join us in thanking Ms. Chrystal for everything she does here at CCVI and in our community!

This past year alone, we reached 330 children across Missouri and Kansas; bridging the gap in vision care and education. When you support CCVI, you allow us to go on the road and meet families where they are; connecting them to resources they wouldn’t have received otherwise.

This , you’re not just supporting a single child, but a whole family!

Making a difference TOGETHER has never been easier! 🤝

There’s an endless list of benefits when you create your own fundraiser for CCVI or make a direct donation. When you get involved you help expand CCVI’s reach, double your impact, become an advocate, and help raise awareness for children with visual impairments. Something only, ✨YOU✨ can do! How awesome!

Let’s TOGETHER this Giving Tuesday as we support children with visual impairments and their families.
