🎉 A huge congratulations to the newest graduate of the Limitless Driving Solutions driving rehabilitation program! His exceptional skill with hand controls, developed throughout his professional career, made him our quickest learner to date—and it was truly impressive to watch.

He’ll be back on the road in his new ride in just a few weeks, and we couldn’t be more excited for him as he returns to driving with confidence and independence. 🚗✨

Today, I visited the Excelsior Springs Senior Center during lunch to share information about the HARP Program (Home Hazard Removal Program), an initiative that helps older adults stay safe at home and reduce their risk of falls.

This program may be a great fit for individuals who live in Clay County, are age 60 or older, and have Medicare Part B (helpful but not required).

The HARP Program includes 2–3 occupational therapy home visits over a six-week period, installation of safety equipment in the home, and follow-up OT “booster” visits at 3–6 months. Home modifications are completed by a Clay County Senior Services partner.

Overall, this program helps older adults in Clay County reduce fall risk so they can remain safe and independent in their homes.
