Yesterday's workout was a BEAST for me! I'm getting better at this running thing (hahahaa). I'm able to run 3 1/2 blocks straight without stopping, I"m sooooo proud of myself!!

*GOALS FOR TODAY*

~complete 20-60 minutes of cardio exercise
~complete this Daily Challenge

Drink your water & make healthy food choices so you can see some awesome results by the end of this month.

If you don't know how to do a certain exercise click on the link below to find how to do it. If you cant find the exercise please know I will try my best to add it soon.

*PLEASE NOTE*
You know your body better than anyone else. With that being said If it's too much for you or if it causes any pain please don't continue to do the exercise. If you're only able to do a certain amount each day then stick with what's ok for you. Even if you're not able to do the amount set for the day make sure to give it your all. If you have injuries or issues with your upper or lower body then I would advice you not to do any of the exercises specified in the picture above. I don't want you to cause any additional harm to those areas. If you have any problems/pains doing these exercises then please discontinue doing this challenge. Always remember before starting any form of exercise to consult with your primary care physician first.
