Me’ Lange was founded in 2004 by Toddrea Buchanan. What started off as a hobby has become a passion which she is using to help others. Toddrea is a self taught chef that loves being creative in the kitchen. Although she started her career path with the intentions of focusing on the legal field, she realized that her passion for cooking and transportation was greater than her passion for law. Me’ Lange allows Toddrea to combine her passion for food with her love for making people happy. Toddrea believes in the philosophy of creating unique culinary experiences which is why she chooses to maintain a limit on the size of events. These experiences are also meant to promote a healthy lifestyle. Toddrea also believes that affordable and delicious does not mean a compromise in quality, taste and the desire to experience the ultimate in fine food and fun. Anyone who has met or knows Toddrea knows that compromising quality or service is NEVER a thought that comes into her mind. Toddrea's open heart and compassion is leading her to start a non profit organization in the upcoming years that is designed to help promote emotional healing and assist those whom have suffered from domestic violence.
