Bright sun + good company + a little Westside magic ☀️🚶‍♀️🐾
Today’s Solaris Walking Club wandered all over the Westside with 7 walkers + one excellent dog, logging 3.96 km of fresh-air miles. Bonus sightings: a mint-condition early-’80s Toyota MR-2 that basically stopped us in our tracks. 😍🚗

And because movement deserves a reward… we wrapped it up with cookies in the Solaris lobby. If you’ve been meaning to join us, this is your sign — come walk, chat, and soak up a little Kansas City sunshine with your neighbors. Mondays at 1 as long as weather is good. Temps were just above freezing, but the sun was out and so were we 🌞❄️

Today’s Solaris Walking Club made its way through the hills of the Westside neighborhood, logging just over 2 miles in about an hour. You could call it a “dog walk” because we met some very sweet doggos along the way 🐕💛

Walks are a little sporadic this time of year, so if you’d like to join us, text 816-868-1684 before you head over. We typically start at 1:00 PM on Mondays from the shop.

Bundle up, say hi to the neighborhood, and come walk with us next time. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Bright but brisk in KC today 🌤️ We logged 4 km in just over an hour, looping through the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts grounds (both ways), spotting quirky alley signage, and crunching across ginkgo-leaf carpets. Ran into an old Muddy’s Coffee coworker from the early-aughts—love this town.
We’re talking about moving walks indoors after Thanksgiving—stay tuned for cold-weather plans!
