Bright but brisk in KC today 🌤️ We logged 4 km in just over an hour, looping through the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts grounds (both ways), spotting quirky alley signage, and crunching across ginkgo-leaf carpets. Ran into an old Muddy’s Coffee coworker from the early-aughts—love this town.
We’re talking about moving walks indoors after Thanksgiving—stay tuned for cold-weather plans!

Putting a name to the BASS! If you've ever been in a massage session with us, and the WINDOWS STARTED TO RATTLE, this youngfriend is the reason. As we always point out: once he parks, Phil works out next door at for HOURS, so you'll only hear his stereo once per appointment!
