Tria Health offers personalized telephonic pharmacy guidance to help ensure our patients' medication.
The idea for Tria Health came from a couple of things we already knew to be true. First, an incredibly high number of people don’t use their medication correctly, and that costs the system billions of dollars a year. Second, pharmacists play an incredibly important role in the health care system, and their expertise is a largely untapped resource. We began in 2009 as a pilot program designed to help patients with diabetes – a group of people who often use several different medications to control their condition – and their employer reduce costs by providing working with clinical pharmacists to ensure their medicine was producing the best possible outcomes. Those involved in the pilot immediately recognized the value of providing this service, and we decided to expand our program to include plan members with other chronic conditions outside of diabetes. Tria Health focuses on resolving the high costs and health risks associated with the mismanagement of medication. Our pharmacists speak to patients one-on-one, taking the time to go through each medication in their regimen and making sure it’s safe and effective. They communicate any problems or recommendations to both the patient and their primary care physician. The name Tria Health came from that circle of care we facilitate. Tria – meaning three – represents the collaboration among our pharmacist, the patient and the patient’s physician that we believe provides the best outcomes for everyone. Since the beginning, Tri Health has provided personalized pharmacy guidance to help companies, ACOs and health plans reduce their medical costs and improve their patient outcomes. We were founded on a commitment to better our patients’ health and ensure that their medications are safe, effective and affordable. And we’ll continue to do just that, even as conditions, medications and the world of health care change.

A round of applause to Dailey Tasker, our employee of the month! 👏 (and my awesome boss)
Dailey truly embodies everything we strive for at Tria Health. From her collaborations across departments to finding creative ways to elevate our message to members and clients, she's an example of leadership and innovation.
She's also the go-to for organization and planning and somehow manages to juggle it all with a consistently positive attitude and strong accountability.
With all that she juggles, she still has a positive attitude and holds accountability.
Congratulations, Dailey! We're very lucky to have you on the team! 💙

Ghosts and ghouls and chili! Oh my!
from all of us at Tria Health! 👻
Between all the amazing work our team is doing, we always make time for fun.
For us, it's a chili cook-off and being visited by the spirits of Halloween!
A huge shout-out to this year's traditional and non-traditional chili cook-off winners, well earned! (Mine didn't win but I'm not bitter...much.)
Have a safe Halloween!

Last week, we had the amazing opportunity to attend the 2nd annual breakfast, hosted by In the Name of GRACE, a non-profit organization that helps those struggling with substance abuse through the growth of Oxford Houses to provide a road to recovery with a remarkable 95% success rate.
This endeavor has led to 50+ houses now serving 700+ residents per year in Missouri. In the Name of GRACE is truly a champion for Missouri when it comes to bringing awareness to such an important topic and we couldn't be happier to be a part of such an inspiring event!
Thank you to everyone involved and here is to many more years of successful stories! 🙌

🌟 Celebrating 🌟
Sometimes it's important to pause and reflect on the positive impact we make—and our pharmacists know this better than anyone.
It’s one thing to recognize the incredible work happening behind the scenes, but it’s truly powerful to hear it from the patients whose lives have been transformed by your care, compassion, and expertise.
This week, we honor the pharmacists who go beyond dispensing medication. Thank you for educating, empowering, and truly listening. Your dedication improves lives every single day.
