Our annual Holiday Remembrance Service was a beautiful event where we honored loved ones and shared stories. Thank you to all who participated. We understand this time of year can be difficult for those who are grieving, and we are still here to support you, no matter how long ago you lost a loved one.

We had a wonderful staff Christmas party at the Penguin Plaza at the zoo. Glo-wild was beautiful, and the penguins did not disappoint. They are so much fun to watch!

Joseph “Joe” Cavlovic, devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Joe Cavlovic, 89, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, with his loving family by his side. Joe was born March 18, 1936, in Sopcic Vrh, Croatia to Mijo and Ana (Sopcic) Cavlovic.
