Stepping into the last year of my 30’s feels like such a blessing✨
Not something to fear… but something to honor.

This decade has taught me that health isn’t a finish line you cross or a box you check. It’s a relationship you build with your body over time. One rooted in listening, prevention, and daily choices that either support or stress the system.

My values around health have deepened so much over the years…especially when it comes to preventing an autoimmune disease.

At the young age of 12 I was told by doctors that I was susceptible to a “dis-ease”. I’ve done my research…learned that genes are NOT destiny.

The body is ALWAYS communicating And that true healing begins when we stop handing our power away and start advocating for our own wellbeing.

The land is the chief, we are its servants.

In other words, when we care for the land, it feeds us. When we care for the body, it responds.🌱

My hope is not just to keep walking this path, but to inspire others to do the same. To ask better questions, to get curious about their own health.

Wellness is NOT a destination.
It’s a journey…and YOU are worthy of being an active participant in your own healing. Everyday is a new day to restart✨

This past year reminded me that the greatest gift is CONNECTION…the opportunity to meet, learn from, and mentor incredible souls from around the world is deeply fulfilling💗
