The wildest part of this story? I was drawn to this temple in Hawaii without knowing its history. It wasn’t until later that I realized this is actually the Phoenix Hall, a sanctuary built in the shape of a rising Phoenix. 🕊️

If you look at the very top of the roof, two golden Phoenix birds are perched there, guarding the light. Right before this trip, a medium told me my soul was ‘rising from the ashes to the Phoenix.’ I didn’t realize then that the Universe was literally putting me in the wings of my own rebirth.

My journey hasn’t been easy, but standing there under those golden guardians, I realized I’ve always been ready to fly. Sharing My Noga is the light that came from that fire. ✨

One door closed, and another opened! 🚪✨

Signs are always around us. Embrace them, because they are trails of love from God and the universe. While scrolling through Instagram, I came across the account of my teacher and seeing that her client was the iconic was the sign I needed to dive into this training!

It’s amazing how the universe guides us when we least expect it. And yes, the fact that I named my cat Lizzie McGuire makes this feel even more meant-to-be! 🐈💕💫

Being real here. Things have been really heavy for me, and for all of us, on both a personal, and a world level.

As a healer, I am committed to keep evolving. Even when some things dont make sense, I keep an open mind. To grow and change, we have to get to the root of our behavior patterns. Once we break the pattern, we grow. And yes, that is uncomfortable.

Change is hard, but it will be worth it. 🫶🏼💕✨

I’m officially hosting and leading my very first spiritual retreat 🕊️💛

Returning Home is a half-day, Deaf-led, ASL-centered healing experience happening April 19 (12–4 PM) in Indianapolis.

I’m honored to be collaborating with two incredible Deaf/Interpreter facilitators — MJ (yoga teacher/interpreter) and Cam (sound bath healer & masseur) — as we create a sacred space for rest, healing, and heart alignment.

This retreat includes:
✨ Gentle heart-centered yoga
✨ Sound bath healing
✨ Reiki energy healing (led by me)
✨ Self-love activities
✨ Nourishing snacks + drinks

This is a space where we don’t have to translate.
A space to slow down.
A space to return home to ourselves.
