A new year isn’t just a date on the calendar—it’s an invitation from God to step into fresh grace, renewed hope, and deeper wholeness.
“Behold, I am making all things new.” (Revelation 21:5)

Many of us spend years searching for true self-understanding and acceptance—longing for someone who sees us completely and embraces us just as we are. The beautiful truth? God is that Someone. In His presence, we become more truly ourselves. ‘Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.’ (Psalm 139:23)In the light of His grace, we see what needs to grow—but He walks with us every step toward healing and wholeness. But God did not create us to merely survive; He created us to live fully. Sometimes, we need support to navigate hard seasons. Therapy is a powerful tool that can help you process, heal, and grow—and you don’t have to walk this journey alone. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3 If you’ve been thinking about therapy, now is the time. Disappointment is something we all experience.
It’s the heartache of being let down by what we hoped would be, or what we wished could happen. When it happens, it can feel overwhelming—like everything is spinning and we’re left trying to find our footing.
But disappointment is not wasted. God sees it, and He can use even these painful moments for growth, healing, and clarity. His love remains constant, even when life doesn’t turn out the way we expected.
If you’re walking through disappointment right now, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to listen, to support you, and to help you process what you’re feeling in a safe and compassionate space. Healing doesn’t mean having all the answers—it starts with being seen and supported.
You are not alone. And there is hope, even here.

To all who are struggling, lonely, lost, confused, grieving, or discouraged this Christmas, I pray that in a quiet moment you feel God’s tremendous love for you and His incredible plan for what lies ahead. This moment may not seem merry or bright, but my prayer is that the Lord meets you exactly where you are and speaks to you in a way that makes you certain His message is meant just for you.
“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18 (KJV)
I pray that the love He has for you overtakes the struggle you may be in, and that in your pain and suffering you realize He is still there—present, faithful, and working all things for your good.
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God.”
— Romans 8:28 (KJV)
Even when the path feels unclear, God’s plans remain steady and full of hope.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
— Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)
Having a safe place to be and to process is critical, and I am here.
And if you are weary, carrying more than feels possible, may you hear His invitation:
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
