Here are some free tips that help with getting over insomnia and getting a more deeper relaxing sleep hope you all enjoy!
1. Lavender essential oil natural home remedy promotes relaxation... a few drops put it on your pillow to inhale....for added benefit get a diffuser put a few drops in it turn on the diffuser in your room a couple hours before bedtime as well.
2. Drink chamomile tea one hour before bedtime.
3. Cherry Tart concentrate before bedtime drink some!
4. Get a massage at least once a week creates feel-good endorphins in the body that will help alleviate stress and also aid in your relaxation naturally.
5. Consider doing yoga before bedtime even only 20 minutes will help naturally promote relaxation within the body and help alleviate and reduce stress naturally.
6. This one may seem simple but it has helped me tremendously writing down a to-do list of everything you need to accomplish the next day on piece of paper. Our minds naturally tend to wander and if you're constantly thinking about things you have to do the next day it can keep you from having a restful sleep at night so writing down the to do list on paper can assist in that trust me it works.
7. Not allowing the TV to be on playing while sleeping.
