🌈 Twinkle Borge was a Houseless advocate who worked tirelessly for the people of Pu’uhonua o Wai’anae. At the time I met her (back in 2012) it housed over 250 people including over 50 kids. She went on to obtain land to build a village for the houseless with that effort continuing on after her passing (8/5/24) at 56 years old. She 💯 made her dream a reality!
✨She became a personal friend and throughout the years we worked on countless projects for the folks at the Harbor ranging from resume development, summer reading program/library creation, prom tickets, Christmas gifts (for kids), pet supply drives, school supply drives, hygiene drives, feedings, educational activities for the kids and everything in between. Twinkle had an unmistakable energy about her that comnanded respect & forward action! We strive to make her proud and to continue her legacy in every way possible! 🙌
