OUR TEAM IS GROWING!

We are so excited to introduce Caryn to BWK!

Caryn is a licensed massage therapist and aesthetician with over 15 years of experience in holistic wellness. Her sessions are grounded, intuitive, and deeply relaxing, with a focus on nervous system regulation, tension release, and overall balance.

She offers weekday and weekend massage appointments (yay!) We are already getting RAVE reviews.

This week we celebrate 3 years of Be Well Katonah. We are so proud of what we have built and deeply thankful for our community, our patients, and our wonderful staff & practitioners. Thank you for choosing us for your healthcare needs, your support means so much to us!

We are so excited to introduce our newest massage therapist, Cathie!

Cathie specializes in lymphatic drainage massage — a gentle, restorative practice that helps the body detox, reduce inflammation, and find balance.

With advanced certifications in breast cancer rehab, lymphedema therapy, and oncology massage, plus training in Shamanic Reiki, Cathie brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to every session.

She’s now offering lymphatic drainage and oncology massage here at Be Well — and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on our team!

We’re excited to share two new products from Laura Josephson’s beautiful line:

SLEEP SALVATION– a soothing blend of magnesium oil, melatonin, and essential oils. Just rub into your feet before bed for sweet dreams.

BODY GLOW with EMF SHIELD – a nourishing mix of botanicals like yarrow, arnica, helichrysum, and rose hip, plus gem essences for to shield & neutralize

These custom formulations come from Laura, a board-certified homeopath, herbalist, and aromatherapist. Her Althaea products are always favorites here at BWK, and we’re thrilled to add these to the shelves!

We’ve escaped to Maine! 🦞☀️

A little end-of-summer reset before we roll into a busy (and fun!) September. Eliza will be back next week, Amy the week after—so hang tight. Big things are coming: you’ll spot us at the Bedford Music Festival, strolling the September Katonah Art Walk, and we’ve got some new products dropping in our signature BWK line that we are really excited about! Can’t wait to see you all after our batteries are recharged!

Perks of the job: a quick shoulder fixer-upper in the back office 💁🏻‍♀️

Pretty sure 90% of people are walking around with their shoulders as earrings these days. We’ve got needles for that! A few tiny pokes, a deep breath, and suddenly—neck!
