There’s no “one perfect exercise” for every pregnant or postpartum mom.

What matters most? How your body responds. 💪

Movement should feel safe, strong, and empowering — not scary or restrictive.

If you notice things like:
✨ Leaking (even just a little)
✨ Sudden urges to p*e or poop
✨ Pain or heaviness in your pelvis or low back
✨ Pressure or “bearing down” sensations
— those are your body’s way of asking for a little extra pelvic floor support (and that’s our specialty 💕).

If you’re not having those symptoms — you’re good to go, mama! Keep moving in the ways that feel good and freeing for you.
