A powerful session with these amazing women, spoke about women’s health and fitness as we age.
One thing I always say —It’s never too late.
But it’s also important to understand that waiting too long makes it harder.
Strength, mobility, hormones, bone health, confidence — they don’t disappear overnight.
They slowly ask for attention.
And the best time to respond is now.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to start and act before it feels “too late.”
Grateful for the openness, the questions, the laughter, and the willingness to show up for yourselves today.
This is what real health conversations look like.

25 years of knowing each other… and every year, this day reminds me how far we’ve come together 💫
Karwa Chauth isn’t just a ritual — it’s a reflection of love, faith, and the bond we’ve built over time.
From young hearts in love to partners who’ve weathered every storm — every fast, every prayer, every moonrise has only made our journey stronger
Here’s to us — to 25 years of love, laughter, and growing together through it all!
May the light of the moon always shine on our forever.
Happy Karwa Chauth

#FitMomRini : My Story of Being Mother a Two & Prepping For a Muscle Competition
Hello Guys, I am announcing my entry for DUBAI MUSCLE SHOW which will be held on 5-7th December'19. And I need your utmost support. But wait, before you do end up supporting me, read my story!
Here is a journey of a mother of two, somebody who is taking care of her family & her home. Sounds Familiar, No? So how did I go from a mom to a #MomWhoLifts?
Here's My Story!
I started out with my diet post-pregnancy. I really didn’t care much about what the society had to say but I wanted to get lean, not for anybody else but for myself. As every other woman trying to lose weight, I too started off on the wrong foot, going on a crash diet despite my husband (who is a fitness FREAK) warning me not to. Yes, I did lose some weight but with that, I lost my stamina and my glow too, definitely wasn't a healthy way to lose the weight.
Later, when I had lost all hope, I went running back to my husband, Bhaben who then introduced me to weight training and the right kid of diet. Results came in strongly and once I saw physical changes in my body, the motivation started building up. Initially, I started out purely with weight training with my husband but slowly I realised I enjoyed high-intensity training and my body responded better to HIIT. I incorporated a bit of weight training and the results were great. Plus I was definitely not starving. My calorie intake went up. I used to about solid 5-6 meals a day. When I started learning the science behind everything, I did a short preparation for a show last year and the results were good, and here am I prepping for another show this dec. When you are scrolling Instagram, you usually see only transformation pictures but I want to do is capture the entire transformation process, the diet, the workout, how I cheat on a diet and how I recover from it all of this while being a full-time mother and holding the family together. This is simply to encourage as many women, especially at home moms to show how everyone can achieve a dream physique with some dedication and planning and also challenging the biggest misconception that one needs to starve. We women do not need to be slim & thin, we need to be strong & fit! This contest prep is only to capture the entire process and to show that every day is not a gym day- you will definitely cheat but what you do is get back immediately on track. So Moms, are you ready to get #FitWithRini
