Right after surgery, many women look in the mirror and feel scared. You might feel swollen, hard, or even think you look worse than before. This is temporary. Your body is healing. Every person heals differently. Protect your mindset and trust the process.

Follow Your Aftercare
Your results depend not only on the surgery, but on what you do after. Follow your surgeon’s instructions, wear your garments correctly, stay hydrated, and stay consistent with your lymphatic massages. Proper aftercare makes a huge difference in your final results.
