All orders once placed will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on method many orders will take approx. 3-6 business days to arrive. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All supplies come with a full return or exchange policy. In order to protect our rental program, microscopes are only exchangeable, unless special permission is given at time of purchase. If the item you have ordered is not up to your standards, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to receive a refund or exchange.
