2025 ESN HEALTH ANGEL TREE IS OUT - YES ITS ALREADY THAT TIME OF YEAR

Remember to return the unwrapped gift with the angel ornament attached to the gift by Friday, December 5th to ESN Health. We will then bring all of the gifts to the St. Vincent de Paul Society and allow our gifts to be distributed to the local families in need for them to enjoy Christmas and their holiday season. We have lots of angels on the tree. How wonderful it is to give back to local Katy children in need.

Thank you for your generosity and kindness. We will be able to give some families in our community the ability to provide Christmas gifts to their children. How wonderful! Its the greatest time of the year for that reason alone. I am so blown away each year by the love and effort that is put into these gifts and the attitude everyone shares to give back; such beautiful charitable hearts you all have.

Thank you all for participating in this years breast cancer awareness month. With all of your help donating to Susan G. Komen towards breast cancer research, we were able to match $700.00 in donations!

We could not have done this without all of your support and we appreciate each and every one of you for helping us change lives outside of the studios.

Are you ready for this year’s 22-Crew challenge?!

With Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the holidays around the corner, we understand all the stress that comes with getting everything just right; including yourself ;)
Family, friends, get togethers, shopping, and cooking can take you off your game (exercising and diet). So we created 22 Crew as an incentive for you.

Starting this Saturday (November 1st) until the end of the year (December 31), you will be able to start working towards completing the “22-Crew challenge”. When you come in for 22 workouts between 11/1 and 12/31 you will earn limited-edition 2025 22-Crew swag! We created this challenge to combat the holiday season and make sure you are getting your workouts in while also earning a gift from us! The design is only available once, so join the crew and make sure you hit 22 workouts to end the year strong!

It’s national Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) and it is our honor to be able to support the research that goes into finding the cause, cure, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of breast cancer.
“Changing lives at ESN Health.” We believe our motto extends even beyond our studios and have always and will continue supporting ways to change lives.
To increase the awareness and show our support, we are offering an opportunity for you to donate to Susan G. Komen and ESN will match dollar for dollar up to $500.00 of donations starting today up until the end of October. You can find donation boxes at the front desk at both locations when you walk in or you can give your donations to the staff members.
