Sometimes, part of our mission is to appreciate the experiences we’ve shared with certain people, things, and situations, while also being able to move on from them. And regardless of how soon or far away we move on from them, it doesn’t mean that these experiences were meaningless or purposeless. If anything, it means the purpose of them was to be a temporary aspect of your journey, entirely— like milestones. The problem is, some people aren’t even aware that these are things they’re holding onto… They often go unnoticed, unseen, and unfelt, which is why they’re easily bypassed. The thing is, your subconscious mind is what keeps the score of it all regardless… It’s why certain reoccurring thoughts and beliefs resurface often, reminding you that there’s some unfinished business present. But the issue isn’t the reoccurrence of these thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and etc. In fact it’s the result. The issue begins with your response to these upcoming thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. So, how do you respond to them?
