When we first envisioned opening an Emergency Room in Katy we wanted to bring the highest level of emergency care to this wonderful family oriented community. To do this we started by building a beautiful 7000 sq foot state of the art facility that offers 7 private rooms, a CT, X-Ray, licensed Lab and a Pharmacy all in a relaxing Zen like atmosphere. We hired only the most highly regarded Board Certified Emergency Room Doctors who understand the meaning of individualized care and will give you their full attention. We ensure that you are promptly assisted and will only wait a matter of minutes before your care begins. The experience you will have at The Emergency Room at Katy Main Street is by far the best you can expect and need in the time of an emergency. The long waits spent sitting in discomfort in an overcrowded room with white walls and bright florescent lights are a thing of the past.

Abdominal pain can range from mild discomfort to a serious medical emergency — and knowing when to seek care matters.

Food poisoning or stomach flu
Indigestion or acid reflux
Gallstones or appendicitis
Ulcers or pancreatitis
Bowel obstruction or infection

🚨 Be Prepared Before an Emergency Happens!

Having a current emergency contact list could make all the difference when seconds count. 🕒

Take a few minutes to update your family’s emergency contact sheet and keep it in a visible location — like the refrigerator, family command center, or near the phone. 📋

✅ Make sure every family member knows where it is
✅ Include contacts for doctors, schools, poison control, vets, and insurance
✅ Review and update it every few months

👧 For families with young children, our kids’ emergency sheets are a great way to teach them who to call in case of an emergency.

Tips for teaching kids by age:
👶 Ages 3–5: Practice recognizing “911” and teach them to say their name and address clearly.
🧒 Ages 6–8: Role-play different emergency scenarios and help them learn how to speak calmly to operators.
👦 Ages 9–12: Encourage them to memorize a few key phone numbers and know where important contacts are posted.
