✨ Introducing: The 75 Days Journey to Wellness ✨
🍃🩺 I’m inviting you to join me on a 75-day intentional journey toward better health, balance, and vitality. This is about making small, consistent choices that support optimal cellular function and long-term wellness.
🍃🩺 During these 75 days, we’ll each choose 5 things to add or remove from our daily routine to support the body from the inside out. Here’s an example of what that could look like:
💧 Increase water intake to support detoxification and cellular hydration.
🥬 Eat more leafy green vegetables to nourish and energize the body.
🍣 Focus on lean protein to support muscle, metabolism, and repair.

🧬 Consider specialty testing to better understand your body, support cellular function, and help prevent illness.
