At FFC, we believe in the innate wisdom that created our bodies and flows through our universe. This same wisdom is what allows our bodies to heal and function on a daily basis and is housed in our nervous system. The nervous system is the master controller of our entire body - nothing we do happens without its instruction! Our brain and spinal cord make up the central nervous system and are protected by our vertebral column and skull. In order for our brain and spinal cord to properly communicate with the rest of the body, we must ensure there is no interference to those pathways. Using specific chiropractic adjustments, we are able to remove interference to allow proper brain-body connection and flow of the body’s innate intelligence!

Meet our March Patient of the Month Crew!!!

This month we decided to celebrate this bestie duo and their sidekicks who are growing up to be besties as well!

These ladies have committed to supporting their health and their families health every step of the way!

Both of these mamas supported their bodies from preconception, through pregnancy, and into postpartum. They have prioritized caring for their bodies and understand that a supported & balanced nervous system and body can make a world of difference through such transformative seasons! Their dedication to consistent care has helped them feel prepared, more resilient, and more empowered through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, on top of navigating the stressors of being a working mom!

What makes this even more special is that they both got their kiddos under care right after birth as well! By getting Laurel and Sylvie under care early, they have been proactively supporting their growing bodies to help navigate developmental milestones, improve immune response, and support regulation!

We love watching families thrive together and these two besties are the perfect example of what it looks like to build a foundation of health that will last generations! Thank you both for trusting us to walk alongside you in this beautiful season of motherhood and friendship! We are so grateful to take care of you all! 💕

Alright y’all! Here’s our BIG REVEAL! 🎉

FFC 3.0 COMING SUMMER 2026! 🧡✨

We are soooo excited and feel so lucky that the building RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from our current location went up for sale last year! Dr. Rachel & Marcus jumped on it as soon as they learned it was for sale because we absolutely love the Downtown Kaukauna community! We feel so grateful to be part of such a tight knit community & love being in the heart of Kaukauna. We’ve gotten to know so many of our incredible neighbors and are so thankful we get to continue these relationships & stay close to “home!” 🫶

There’s a lot more to come y’all! Stay tuned for more updates from our team as we prepare for our next steps! ‼️

We are so excited to share each phase of this process with you! Everything about our new space is designed with YOU at the center! We know you’re going to love it as much as we will! 🙌🥰

Hi y’all! Dr. Rachel here again! 🙋‍♀️

Marcus and I have been harboring ANOTHER big secret & we are soo excited to finally be able to share this with you as well! 😄

When we celebrated 5 years of Flow last month, I told y’all we were just getting started! Our vision is bigger, our impact is deeper, and our roots are continuing to grow stronger than ever!

So you know what that means? We need more SPACE! 💯‼️

I know I’m not the only one who can tell we are bursting at the seams these days! Especially on our crazy after school days!! Soooo we bought a building!! 🤩🎉

Over the last 10 months we’ve been searching high & low and weighing ALLLLL the options to find the next best home for FFC and we FINALLY found it! We’ve got lots of work to do yet and have been BUSY putting all the plans together and getting all our ducks in a row! 🙌

Stay tuned for our big reveal on Monday to see where Flow’s next home will be! 👀😜

We love, love, love to be part of our community and give back when we can. This is a drive we do every year!! Help us support 20 local homeless and crisis programs throughout the Fox Cities!! Everything donated stays to support local programs!! It’s truly does go back to our community and we love it!!

Some items needed are personal care items such as: diapers, toilet paper, razors, soaps and washes, deodorant, dental care, trash bags, paper towel, hair care, baby care and more!!

Bring your donations to your next visit and help us fill our donation box! We want to make the biggest impact that we can!

Next week is our last week to bring your donations in!! Let’s see how we can help these programs directly!! We appreciate you!!! 🫶🏻

Your nervous system runs the show! 💃

Its job is to control all of the communication between your brain and your body at all times.

Your brain and body need to have clear communication to function in all aspects. This means to get through your day-to-day life, getting through super stressful times at work or at home, navigating all of the hats of motherhood in a day, when you’re sick and your body needs support, helping your body determine if you’re being chased by a bear or you’re running two minutes late…. you get the picture! It is busy all the time, even when you’re sleeping!

We need our nervous system to be fully supported so that our bodies have the ability to adapt as it needs to! This starts with routine chiropractic care adjustments! Supporting your nervous system with adjustments keeps those communication lines open!
