Cognitive changes often come with emotional & behavioral challenges, for individuals AND for those who care for them.

The Sequoia Pathways program was created to provide compassionate, whole-person support that integrates dementia care with mental & behavioral health services.

We partner with residents, families, & care teams to develop individualized plans focused on comfort, dignity, emotional well-being, & quality of life.

These services include:

✔ Cognitive & behavioral assessments
✔ Psychotherapy & psychiatric support
✔ Medication review & care planning
✔ Family & staff education

Because every person’s story matters… and care should honor the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
