Meet Becky Edwards, CMHC, one of the incredible clinicians at Wasatch Family Therapy and this week’s spotlight!
Becky is passionate about helping people navigate stress, trauma, and life transitions while building authentic connection with themselves and others. She guides clients toward hope, healing, and a meaningful life rooted in their deepest values.
She works with individuals and couples ages 18 and older, with areas of focus that include faith crisis and transition, expansive spirituality, ADHD, midlife challenges, relationship issues, stress and trauma, and LGBTQ+ support.
Becky draws from a rich blend of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inner Child Work, and Trauma-Informed Care. She is also trained in the Gottman Method and is a proud member of AMHCA and the LGBTQ Affirmative Psychotherapist Guild of Utah.
Outside of the therapy room, Becky describes herself as a solar-powered extrovert who loves hiking, hugging trees, holistic health, dark chocolate, rainbows, and making art with her grandkids.
We’re inspired by Becky’s warmth, experience, and dedication to helping others reconnect with their most authentic selves.
