HOW to use BREATHE

Energetically, an important blend for releasing grief from the lung region.

Ingredients: Laurel Leaf, Eucalyptus Leaf, Peppermint Plant, Melaleuca Leaf, Lemon Peel, Cardamom Seed, Ravintsara Leaf and Ravensara Leaf essential oils.

Can help minimize the effect of seasonal threats.

Promotes restful sleep when diffused with Lavender or Serenity blend.

Acupoint practice: 1 drop to Lung 1 and 2 points. Affirm “It is safe for me to breathe and expand.”

HOW to use DEEP BLUE

Energetically, the oil of surrendering pain.

Ingredients: Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile and Osmanthus.

Oil for generally soothing and cooling pain in the body.

On knees and feet before a run or walk. Massage into neck after work. Lower back after moving boxes (!).

Acupoint practice: 1 drop diluted onto solar plexus chakra. Affirm while holding the point, aloud or to yourself. “I surrender this pain.”
