The other day on a flight to Maui, the lady next to me asked if I wanted the window seat. She told me she lives here so it wasn’t a big deal to her. About a week ago I stopped to revel in the sunset at La’aloa, just immersed in the beauty, and overheard a couple guys kind of making fun of the tourists for watching the sunset. They were like “we see this every day, no big deal.” Damn, I hope I never feel that way. I’ve lived here 17 years and none of it gets old. I am continually, daily, moment by moment, in awe of this beautiful place I call home. 🌈

Look at these gorgeous dahlias my client brought me today! You don’t see these everyday in Hawaii. I love my clients and I’m so grateful to be part of their self care and healing journeys. This particular client received sound healing with Himalayan bowls for her second time as part of her treatment, and she was really blown away by the power of the sound moving through her body, activating awareness and deepening breath. It’s powerful stuff!
