Our Myofascial Release Workshop this weekend was a journey into the body’s hidden web, the fascia! 🕸️

When your fascia becomes tight, it can restrict movement and hold tension deep within. Learning how to release it brings lightness, flow, and new awareness. 🌊

This past weekend’s Thai Yoga Massage Workshop was such a powerful experience 🌿

In Thai massage, both practitioner and client receive the benefits. As the client receives improved flexibility and better circulation, the practitioner enhances body awareness, mindful movement and increased strength!
It’s a dance of movement, breath, and connection.
