On April 16, we had the joy of celebrating Staci Gleason’s 25-year anniversary with Kinship Pointe Northridge. She joined our team before the community even opened its doors and has been a constant source of compassion, strength, and heart ever since.

Staci has cared for generations of residents and supported countless families, all while being a steady and trusted presence for our team. The relationships she has built here are a true reflection of who she is.

We were so grateful to celebrate her with a surprise open house surrounded by residents, team members, and her family. It was a moment filled with appreciation, laughter, and a lot of love.

Staci, thank you for everything you have given to this community over the past 25 years. Kinship Pointe Northridge is better because of you.💙🩵💛

Kinship Pointe, Kearney Northridge, offers the flexibility of independent living, assisted living, or even private duty home health. Everyone has their own wants and needs, and Kinship Pointe provides the options our residents need to pursue their passions.

While offering a wide range of activities and events, our residents choose to do what they want, when they want. By having access to our wide range of services and care options, our residents live life to the fullest knowing we are here for them.

We provide both independent living and assisted living on our campus, and you can easily shift between the two if your needs change. Both options provide spacious apartments, warm and inviting community spaces, and nutritious meals in a restaurant-style dining room. You will also enjoy a full range of social events, classes, and activities designed to suit all sorts of people. In this engaging environment, we hope that all of our residents feel welcomed, encouraged, and loved.
