🍀🥔 St. Patrick’s Day Colcannon made with Mr. Dell's Hash Browns

Give this classic Irish comfort dish a quick and delicious twist using Mr. Dell’s All-Natural Shredded Hash Browns. Creamy potatoes, tender cabbage, and savory bacon bits come together for the perfect St. Patrick’s Day side dish.

✨ Recipe

Ingredients
• 1 (30 oz.) bag Mr. Dell’s Hash Browns
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 cup milk or cream
• 2 cups shredded cabbage or kale
• 1/3 cup bacon bits
• 3 green onions, sliced
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
1️⃣ Boil hash browns in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain well.
2️⃣ In a skillet, sauté cabbage or kale in 1 tbsp butter until softened.
3️⃣ Mash the hash browns with remaining butter and milk until creamy.
4️⃣ Fold in cabbage, green onions, and bacon bits.
5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.

Top with an extra sprinkle of bacon bits and a pat of butter for the ultimate Irish comfort dish. 🍀
