Not every workout is about looking better.
Not every rep is about abs, muscle, or a number on the scale.
Some days it’s about clearing your head.
Some days it’s about keeping your anxiety from winning.
Some days it’s about fighting off the stress, the pressure, the overthinking, and the weight you’ve been carrying that nobody else can see.
