Hello my friends! I have made a decision that has been on my mind for a while now. I’m taking a sabbatical from teaching, starting next month! I need to get on my mat for me and re-find my personal practice. I’m feeling all the feels, but it’s the right thing to do. My schedule for this month will be a little wonky as it’s the holiday season. So please make sure you check out the schedules from the studios that I teach at. As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions!!

Our air conditioner is out of commission up at the Shala ….we do have fans to help. But don’t let that stop you from showing up on your mat!!! Bring water and dress in layers that you can peel off. 😻
