Happy Halloween Everyone!! Just a reminder, the office will close at 11:30 this morning so that I can attend my girls' Halloween parties at their school this afternoon. I'll be back in the office tomorrow morning for few scheduled visits but will be back to regular schedule on Monday. Have a fun and safe weekend.

Governor Mike Kehoe has proclaimed October 2025 as Chiropractic Health Month. That honor reflects what we do every day for neighbors, teachers, first responders, small business owners, and families across Missouri.

Here is why our work is indispensable to our communities:

• Back pain is the single leading cause of disability worldwide.

When we keep people moving, we keep them working, parenting, volunteering, and showing up for the moments that matter.

• In the United States, 39 percent of adults report low back pain in a three-month period.

That is not a statistic. That is our waiting rooms, our churches, our ballfields, and our Main Streets.

• Clinical guidelines now encourage non-drug care first.

Research shows patients who begin with chiropractic often reduce or avoid prescription opioids.

For the first time in 7 years we will not be doing a Trunk or Treat in our parking lot. It was a great 6 years, and I had so much fun dressing up as each one of these characters. There is a lot of behind the scenes that goes on to make it happen and it’s just not meant to be this year. Thank you to everyone who helped make it the experience it was, especially to my husband who would blindly dress up in whatever costume I ordered for him! Also, don’t forget to check out the great Trunk or Treats in downtown Holt on 10/24 and Lion’s Park in Kearney on 10/31 🤍💜

7 Years ago today I went out on my own and opened this little practice of mine here in my Hometown of Kearney. There have been ups and downs, new faces and old, but none of this would be possible if it wasn’t for all of you, so THANK YOU ❤️

It’s the official first Red Friday at Arrowhead, and my daughter’s 3rd year dancing in the half time show with the cheerleaders. We will be heading over there early so the office will close at noon today and open back up tomorrow morning. Throwback to her first year. 😍
