Our experienced pelvic floor therapists will cover a wide range of topics discussing pelvic floor health, what to expect throughout all stages of labor, how to manage pregnancy symptoms, how to support your partner, and more! Got questions? We’ll be glad to answer ALL of them! We’ll review proper positioning to allow for the most effective labor and delivery possible, proper breathing patterns to reduce the risk of long term pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as techniques to reduce the risk of tearing. You’ll also walk away with a birth preference checklist to best prepare for your baby’s arrival. We want you to feel as prepared as possible walking into this life-changing event.
