Family To Family Class Beginning January 15
Register for the IN-PERSON Class today!

Join us for a Family to Family class beginning Thursday, January 15th from 6:30 – 8:30 at Christ Community Church – 404 S. 108th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska.

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session education program for family, friends and significant others of adults with mental health conditions.

The course is designed to increase understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants maintain their own well-being. The program is taught by trained family members who have a loved one with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence-based program (EB). When someone you love is living with a mental health condition, the questions can feel overwhelming:

• What’s really happening to my loved one?
• How can I support them without burning out myself?
• What treatments and resources are actually out there?
• How do I respond in a crisis?
• Am I the only one going through this?

You are not alone and you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

NAMI Nebraska’s Family-to-Family is a free, eight-week, evidence-based education course for family members, partners, and loved ones of adults living with mental health conditions. The course is taught by trained facilitators with lived experience and focuses on understanding mental illness, communication, problem-solving, self-care, and navigating systems of care.

📍 Omaha, In-Person. Location will be given after registration
🗓 Thursdays, starting January 15
⏰ 6:30–8:30 PM

Registration is required and space is limited.

Supporting a loved one is hard and this program helps you do it with knowledge, compassion, and balance.
