Dr. Justin Cook, D.C. has lived in the Kansas City area for most of his life. He was a year-round athlete including football, wrestling, and baseball. He played college baseball at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he earned All-Conference and All-Region honors. Dr. Cook graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2003, with a degree in Political Science. He graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College-Kansas City in 2016.
Dr. Cook's love for sports and desire to be active and healthy, led him to seek active treatments and therapies for recurring injuries and that’s when he found a passion in chiropractic and ultimately, his career in helping others with their injuries through chiropractic and Active Release Technique (ART). With ART, Dr. Cook found a way to not only bring patients relief, but to actually find and fix the problem, not just manage the symptoms. He has had the opportunity to treat amateur, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes.
Prior to opening Precision Chiropractic, Dr. Cook was an associate chiropractor at Advanced Chiropractic Solutions in Lincoln, NE, where he was mentored by Dr. Travis Bangert. While at Advanced Chiropractic Solutions, Dr. Cook had the opportunity to treat many different types of patients suffering from various conditions. He has treated newborn babies right after birth, veterans with injuries sustained from battle, workers injured on the job, victims of accidents, patients who suffered from debilitating headaches, neck, low back, and sciatic pain. He is dedicated to helping his patients achieve optimum healing quickly and return to their daily lives without restriction.
Dr. Justin Cook has been a member of the Kearney for nearly 10 years. He and his beautiful wife have two boys that occupy most of his time outside of his practice. Dr. Cook also enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, and playing golf in his spare time.
Meet Dr. Nate
Dr. Nate graduated from Southeast Community College -Lincoln in 2010. He went on to work in a Level 2 Trauma Center for 6 years before going back to school to be a Chiropractor. He graduated from Cleveland University Kansas-City with his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2019.
Dr. Nate has benefited from regular chiropractic care that started after an injury to his shoulder during a high school football game. It was while working in the emergency room, where Dr. Nate helped treat patients that suffered from severe low back pain and chronic pain following traumatic events. Patients often told Dr. Nate they went to the emergency room because they felt like they had no options to get relief from their symptoms besides the emergency room.. Dr. Nate pursued a career in Chiropractic to help educate patients and other physicians about the benefits of regular Chiropractic Care.
Dr. Nate is engaged to his lovely fiancé Molly. They reside in Merriam, KS with their dog Bosco. Dr. Nate and Molly will be getting married in April of 2020 in Hilton Head S.C. Dr. Nate enjoys sports and is a huge Nebraska Husker Fan. He also enjoys getting outside to hunt, fish, or enjoy a nice round of golf with his friends. Dr. Nate looks forward to this new chapter in his life at Precision Chiropractic and is excited to get to know and treat the people of Kearney, MO.
