💪 I started my health journey at 40… and it eventually led me here.
Not to lose weight — but to become strong and healthy.
I fell in love with CrossFit 🏋️‍♀️, and that passion eventually led me to the bodybuilding stage.
At 48, I stepped on stage as an OCB all-natural Figure athlete, competing across multiple amateur classes and challenging myself in ways I never imagined.
That journey inspired me to create Commitrx Supplements LLC — providing high-quality supplements that help others reach their goals while I continue chasing mine. 💪

SuperGreens in the morning to get all my greens in and fight inflammation, added 50g of fruit , Whey Berry flavor for 30g protein and Intra workout for electrolytes! Soooo good, super Greens are delicious alone, but even better in a smoothie! And the intra workout.... Too good for just during a workout!

Tastes amazing with water or any other liquid you choose, I add up to 200g of berries depending on the carbs I'm going for.
