✨ So much gratitude today. ✨

I am incredibly thankful for the amazing local providers who came together for today’s Revitalize Wellness Gathering. It was truly an honor to speak alongside and collaborate with such knowledgeable, passionate practitioners from NPK Health (NP Krissy speaking in this video!) and Elevate Chiropractic, all beautifully hosted at Soleil Studio in Keene, NH.

Today was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we gather with intention — focusing on whole-body wellness, health, and mindful care, while setting clear intentions for 2026. Being in community with providers who are committed to supporting others in sustainable, thoughtful ways fills my cup.

Thank you for showing up, sharing your wisdom, and creating space for connection and growth. This is what community wellness looks like.

Grabbing the first placenta of 2026 and feeling so honored to be supporting a local mama at my favorite local hospital.

The cherry on top? Getting to catch up with one of my favorite midwives while I was there ✨

✨ Happy National Twin Day ✨

As a mono/di twin mom (born spring 2023), this day hits a little closer to home. Becoming a parent to twins reshaped me in ways I never could have anticipated — it deepened my empathy, strengthened my advocacy, and completely transformed how I show up for families.

Since welcoming my twins, I’ve dedicated so much of my heart and work to supporting families of multiples as they navigate complex birth experiences, feeding journeys, and the unique emotional and physical demands that come with more than one baby at a time.

Every twin journey is different — vaginal or cesarean (or both like me), breastfeeding, combo feeding, exclusive pumping, donor milk, or formula — and all deserve evidence-based support, compassion, and care.

To my fellow twin parents: you are doing something incredibly hard and incredibly powerful. 💛

I’m thrilled to share that as of January 2026, Monadnock Perinatal will be moving into a brand-new office space in Keene — an entire building of our own!

This transition opens the door to incredible growth: more classes, more community offerings, and a warm, welcoming space designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. My vision is to create a hub where women-owned businesses can uplift, collaborate, and thrive together, creating a circle of care for families across the Monadnock Region.

Today I had the honor of speaking at the luncheon hosted by Holistic Birth & Beyond , sharing on one of my greatest passions… breastfeeding! Helping doulas feel confident and supported in navigating early postpartum feeding.

It was such a meaningful opportunity to stand alongside friends, colleagues, and birth professionals in our community, answering questions and diving deeper into how we can better support families in those tender first days.

I’m truly grateful for the conversations, the connection, and the chance to pour into the incredible doulas doing this work every day.

Here’s to continued learning, collaboration, and empowering families from the very beginning.✨

✨ I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been selected as one of the 2025 WaterWipes Pure Foundation Fund Award winners for North America & Canada! ✨

This award celebrates healthcare professionals supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal journey — and I’m beyond grateful to have the work I do at Monadnock Perinatal, LLC recognized in this way.

Through this award, Monadnock Perinatal will receive a $5,000 donation to continue improving care for parents and babies, along with a Pure Foundation Fund plaque, $500 gift card, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and a generous donation of WaterWipes to support the families I serve.
