✨ I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been selected as one of the 2025 WaterWipes Pure Foundation Fund Award winners for North America & Canada! ✨

Placenta tinctures are one of those quiet little tools that can make a big difference in the postpartum journey.

Here in this photo is my own tincture, made from my placenta after my twins were born. With the many shifts and emotions that come during postpartum—especially in seasons of change—I’ve leaned into my tincture to help support and stabilize my mood.

Placenta tinctures are made by steeping a small piece of placenta in high-proof alcohol for several weeks, creating a long-lasting remedy that can be used well beyond the early postpartum period. Many parents find that it helps with emotional balance, hormone support, and grounding during times of transition.

Everyone’s experience is unique, but for me, it’s been a gentle reminder of the strength and nourishment my body has already provided. 💛

🕯️ October 15th is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day — a day to honor and remember the little ones gone too soon.

At 7 PM, people around the world will light a candle, creating a wave of light in memory of the babies who are forever loved and never forgotten.

I am the 1 in 4 — the statistic that represents pregnancy loss. My story is one of many, and today I hold space for every parent who has experienced loss — for every heart that carries a love with no lifetime. 💗

✨17 Weeks with my Belly Buddy!✨

We’re officially 17 weeks along, and this stage of pregnancy feels so exciting! Baby is about the size of a turnip 🥬 (or a pomegranate 🍎 depending on which app you check!) and weighs in at just over 5 ounces. Their little skeleton is starting to harden, they’re practicing sucking and swallowing, and they can even hear muffled sounds — which means they’re already tuning into the world around them.

For me, I can finally report that I am feeling much better in regards to nauseousness and I haven’t vomited in a week and a half so I’m calling that a win!!

As a gestational surrogate, each milestone is such a reminder of the incredible privilege of carrying this little one for their family. Every week feels like a celebration not just of pregnancy, but of love, trust, and hope all bundled into this journey.

Here’s to 17 weeks of belly buddy magic and all the milestones ahead!

✨ Happy 16 weeks with my belly buddy! ✨

This week I’ve noticed a shift — a little more energy and a little less sickness (fingers crossed it keeps going that way!).

At 16 weeks, baby is about the size of an avocado 🥑. Their tiny muscles are getting stronger, and they may even be starting to practice little movements. It’s such a fun stage knowing so much growth is happening inside.

✨Today filled my cup in the most beautiful way ✨

My best friend and I signed up for a beginner’s herbalism class and it quickly transformed into something so much deeper—an empowering women’s circle full of connection, wisdom, and nourishment. 🌿💫

We explored so many ways herbs can support us: from teas and tinctures to yoni steams, bath blends, oils, and salves. Every moment felt like a reminder of how powerful and nurturing plant medicine can be for our bodies.

On top of all the knowledge shared, Jenna and Melissa created the most incredible meal that left me in awe—not just of the food, but of the love and support within our community. 💛

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Jenna and Melissa for your generosity, knowledge, and the safe space you cultivated today. I am leaving with a full heart, new wisdom, and immense gratitude. I cannot wait to use this wealth of knowledge, not only in my private practice, but as well on my homestead!

✨ Surrogacy Update ✨

This week I am 15 weeks along with my belly buddy! 💕

Hitting this stage of pregnancy feels extra special in a surrogacy journey. While many parents might be daydreaming about nursery colors or baby names, as a surrogate I get the unique honor of nurturing someone else’s dream. My focus is keeping this little one growing strong while staying in close communication with the intended parents so they feel connected every step of the way.

At 15 weeks, baby is about the size of an apple 🍎 — practicing movements, developing taste buds, and growing fast! Before long, the parents will get to see their little one’s kicks on ultrasound and hear that strong heartbeat again. 💓

Physically, I’m focusing on hydration, protein, and rest. Emotionally, I’m reminded daily how powerful surrogacy is — it’s not just a pregnancy, it’s teamwork, trust, and a lot of love.

Grateful to be part of this beautiful journey. 💫
