I hate, hate hate.....When people make excuses and don't hold themselves accountable to this or that thing.
Buuuuuuuuuuttttt......unfortunately right this second I have to honor my body.
I messed up my right shoulder on Friday. I'm pretty sure while doing "Tricep Dips" or side planks. My form must not have been completely controlled.
I "Got back on the horse" of really getting dialed in, later in the year this year.
I've been working super hard to exercise 5 days a week, and in doing so maxing my possible "gym log-ins" for 2025.
Which there's only 3 more days left of this year. 🤯🤯
My plan was to have at least 95-100 days, but I need to push my schedule back a day, to give me an extra recovery day.
I'll still have logged at least 25% of the days of the year in the gym, and have my newly formed habits of the last few months, of creating consistency going into the next year.
So I don't know why internally I'm so damn irritated with myself about the one lost day this year. But that's going to gained going into the New Year😤😤
But there you have it......confessions...I'm beating myself up about needing recovery time.
