Every individual has the right to self progression within the areas of independence, individual expression, vocation, socialization, and leisure. A
bout our Program
CARE NH offers a premium day habilitation program that takes place at our on site facility in Keene NH and in the Monadnock area community. Program participants choose their individual goals to develop skills in the areas of self help, daily living skills, social skills,
communication, health and wellness and prevocational skills. Care New Hampshire's day programs are conducted in small groups giving the individual an environment to participate with peers in a social setting. About Us
Care New Hampshire is owned and operated by Michael and Shannen Kozlowski, a husband-wife team that together have over 40 years of providing psychological, behavioral and educational services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Michael is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and retired Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 25 years developing therapeutic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Shannen has provided services for children and adults for over 20 years. She has owned and operated Colorado Family Enrichment and Behavior Therapies for 8 years, providing premium small group day habilitation programs and residential services for a limited number of families-keeping each program small in order to provide maximum individual choice. Michael and Shannen now live in Peterborough, New Hampshire with their two teenage children.
