Our good friend and colleague, Eben Dodd, made this class possible. It was his dream to bring Jill from Living Sabai to Keene to teach the work he loved.

Another idea was to form a group of local Thai-trained therapists to practice and share techniques together.

And so, immediately following this workshop, Deep Roots will host free regular practice events for any LMTs with Thai Massage training to hit the mats together and continue refining their skills.

We are so excited to welcome Sydney Shutt, LMT to the Deep Roots team!

Sydney is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Her massage style is a blend of deep tissue techniques. In her work, Sydney provides a safe, comfortable environment while seeking out the roots of muscle tension, and encourages communication to ensure every massage will meet her clients' individual needs.

Sydney is skilled in relieving complex pain and tension, and has completed continuing education in integrative stretching, cupping therapy, plantar fasciitis, neuromuscular therapy of the low back and shoulder, orthopedic massage foundations, orthopedic massage for the elbow, forearm and hand, and orthopedic massage for the hip and pelvis.

We are honored to welcome Sarah Chagnon, LMT, an accomplished therapist with 11 years of experience, to our professional Massage Therapy team!

Whenever an LMT joins our team, we reserve their first few massages for staff and schedule one for them too. There are a lot of relaxed people around here lately! Sarah's first schedule will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

We kicked off an amazing series of workshops for bodyworkers this past Monday at Deep Roots!
