Grief can be one of the most harrowing of human emotions. Yet grief is also an expression of Love. When we come together to grieve in community, that love grows. Are you experiencing grief? If so, what do grieve? No grief is right or wrong, more or less important. Grief connects us all, as it is one of the most natural and inescapable parts of living a human life.

Therapeutic Yoga For Grief - A Four Week Series with Yoga Therapist Ari Heart

Description: Therapeutic Yoga for Grief is an invitation to practice opening up to your grief through movement, breath, meditation, and intentional life actions. In this course you will learn basic energetic movements, stretches, breath exercises, and meditations designed to help you foster a loving relationship with the hurting parts of your body, mind and soul.
