I was asked to talk about the Myofascial release work I do and my practice Monadnock Myofascial Release at Keene State College last week. For students in a health care class thats about alternative and holistic modalities. I wish someone had told me about MFR when I was in college! They now know how important their fascial system is and why they should take care if it. I love that these young adults can take a class that teaches them how to take charge of their health. I love talking about and sharing the work I do with my community. Thank you for the opportunity Meg Henning and Jeannelle Boyer.

We have one more Fascially Free session left on Sunday, December 7th from 4-6pm. And we'd love for you to join us!

At the last class, someone said "My neck feels better than it has in 15 years!" Participants are amazed at their ability to support each other in the group techniques, and how doing this also helps them learn more about their own bodies.
Come explore your own abilities:

🔹Learn about fascia and its importance to your body, mind, and spirit continuum
🔹Discover facilitated movement techniques, like unwinding and rebounding
🔹Release areas of tightness and pain that lie within this fluid and luminous fabric
🔹Be offered the incredible opportunity to experience this work with a partner or in groups of three.

Winter is upon us! Don't miss this chance to deepen your connection to your body so you can stay well this season.

Join for $60 and then use the techniques straight through until spring (and beyond!). Space is limited, so message us or call 603-355-6637 to book.

📣 Because “Just Live With It” Is Not a Treatment Plan 👏👏👏

Many women struggle with pelvic floor issues like cramping, endometriosis, bladder urgency, pain with in*******se, or tailbone pain. Most are told it’s “normal” or something they should manage quietly.

It isn’t. And you don’t have to.

Our team includes three practitioners trained in internal pelvic floor treatment, which is rare to find and can make a meaningful difference.

Bladder problems are especially common for women over 40 and those who’ve given birth. Planning your day around bathroom access or avoiding water before leaving the house shouldn’t be your norm.

And kegels aren’t a fix-all. When the fascial system is tight, doing more kegels can actually make symptoms worse. 🤯
Pelvic floor care means releasing restrictions, learning how to relax and strengthen the right way, and having a supportive plan that actually works.

We’ve helped many women feel better and reclaim their quality of life. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to keep it to yourself. We’re here when you're ready. Feel free to message or call 603-355-6637 to talk to one of our specialists.

Could you use a little extra self-care right now? ✨

Maybe you’ve been carrying stress (literally) in your shoulders, recovering from an injury, or managing chronic pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, or headaches. Or maybe…you just need a real break, time to unwind, reset, and breathe.

💆‍♀️ Massage therapy can help. It’s more than relaxation. It’s a way to reconnect with your body, ease tension, and support long-term wellness.

🌿 New Client Special: Enjoy 20% off your first session with one of our talented therapists.

❤️ Already a fan? Save with package discounts because regular care is where the real magic happens.

And don’t keep it to yourself — your friends and family deserve the same care!

💳 Did you know? You can use your HSA dollars for massage. Message us here or call 603-355-6637 to schedule an appointment.

✨ Experience this work solo, with a partner, or in small groups

When you help facilitate someone else’s movement, your own awareness deepens — it’s a transformative experience.
