Soleil is stepping into summer together 🌿

Our step schedule will be posted monthly on our studio page—no registration required. We’ll meet right after class and head out from there. Weekend long walks will be shaped by the group, with times and distances decided together.

All training walks are completely free to join. Registration for the MammothMarch, along with more details, can be found on our website.

We can’t wait to get our steps in, spend more time outside, and continue growing our community 💛

Please note: in case of inclement weather, walks may be canceled and updates will be shared on our social media—so stay tuned there!

Soleil is all about moving together—and we’re getting ready for something big. 🌿

To prepare for the New Hampshire Mammoth March this August, we’ll be organizing walks after classes and longer ones on weekends throughout the summer. It’s a great way to build endurance, stay consistent, and connect as a community.

We’re also creating a dedicated community page where you can stay updated on walk times and meetups—so you’ll always know when we’re getting those steps in together.

These training walks are completely free to join. The only ticket required is for the Mammoth March itself.

The Soleil Method is finally here.

We’ve been hyping this up for a while, and we’re so excited to officially bring it to our virtual classroom.

This 7-day Pilates reset is Soleil’s signature series: a curated experience designed to elevate the way you move, feel, and show up for yourself. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your practice, this is your foundation.

Rooted in Soleil’s most transformative methods, the series blends sculpt strength and mat Pilates with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and deep mind-body connection.

A new class will drop every Thursday, and each class can be done with or without weights. For the full experience, we recommend a mat, ankle weights, and 1–3 lb dumbbells.

Join through our unlimited virtual membership, or drop in for $10 per class, available anywhere in the world.

🎨 Dress the part: Wear your favorite neon and come early to get painted before class begins at 6:30 PM

💛 New clients:
Your first class is still free! You’ll receive an invoice for the pop-up, and your free class will be credited back to use on a future regular class (pop-ups not included).
