Sign up in studio —- Starts Monday, January 5th!!!
75 days of discipline, wellness, and showing up for YOU.

📋 Daily Rules

1️⃣ One Soleil class (45+ min) — any in-studio class counts.
2️⃣ 10,000 steps — anywhere, anytime.
3️⃣ 1 gallon of water per day.
4️⃣ Follow a nutrition plan you choose — no cheat meals + no alcohol for 75 days.
5️⃣ Read 10 pages of a self-growth book.
6️⃣ Daily progress photo.

📌 Guidelines

• If you miss a task, you restart that day.
• Class + steps must be separate sessions.
• This is a discipline challenge, not a weight-loss challenge.
• Expect stronger habits, confidence, and momentum.

• Our on-demand library with over 200+ pre-recorded classes
• Live virtual classes you can join right from your living room — every morning and select afternoons

All you need is a mat and a little light equipment: a Pilates ball, 3 lb dumbbells, 1 lb ankle weights, and medium resistance bands.
(Every workout can be done without weights—we just recommend them for an added challenge!)
