It’s time to wake up the body so you can enjoy the sunny spring days to your fullest! ☀️🌸I love combining early spring herbs into long infusions. My Two Modes of Foraging ➡️ 🌿🌲I will say both are pretty comfortable but practical? Not so much! I’m often going out in outdoor or landscaping gear for efficiency. When I desire a more frolic-y experience I take my basket and wear my fave linen dress! Can you guess which I wear most often?

Wild Albizia//Mimosa species recounted connections from a trip back in 2022! 🌸🌞This plant is so so magical in its way of being. Though it is not a genus encountered so much up in the north east, it offers powerful medicine for the nervous system helping to relax, open up the heart, mind and instill a sense of joy. I hope to encounter this plant more over the years either in formula or…possibly a new environment? 🌵
