Day Pack Basket Workshop
Saturday & Sunday // February 7 & 8 // 10a-5p
We are excited to invite Penny Hewitt back to lead a Day Pack Basket workshop this February. In this two day workshop, you will construct an approximately 18” tall traditional Adirondack pack basket with cedar runners and base and adjustable webbing harness. This basket is made to last and be used. Included is a discussion and demo on how the material is harvested and processed. Ages 14 and up. Day Pack Basket Workshop

We are excited to invite Penny Hewitt back to lead a Day Pack Basket workshop this February. In this workshop students will craft a daypack-sized traditional Adirondack-style packbasket with cedar runners, white ash handle and adjustable webbing straps. Great for hikes, farmer’s markets, picnic lunches and whatever else you would use a regular backpack for. This basket is made to last and be used. Our Story

We opened Mudita in October of 2018 as a result of our growing skill set, perfect timing, and the desire to unfold our evolving vision within the community.

Our ultimate goal is to continue to build and support our community through the lens of wellness. This includes our yoga classes and massage practices but also other unique offerings centered around making, creating, and sharing space.

Art and music are important to us as we believe they are inspirational in movement and healing practices and we incorporate the two wherever and whenever we can in the studio and through events.

As our business/community continues to grow and develop, we are moving forward in a thoughtful, sustainable way. Seeking a B-Corp certification reflects the intention of our work as wellness professionals in the bigger picture of the long-term health of our community.
