**edited to add: if you have a prepaid/pre-tipped appointment with me this month that was booked before I made this post, they will be added too.

As some of you know, my best friend and her family endured a loss of two loved ones in a recent house fire. No family should have to navigate such an unthinkable loss, let alone two.

For the month of April I will be donating 100% of my tips to the Jalava family to help with the challenging steps moving forward. All tips paid to Massage & Bodywork by Emily this month will be set aside and given to the family to go toward the cost of services. If you’d like to make a separate donation please reach out to me privately and we can arrange that as well.

Hi, everyone!

It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself! For my new followers, hello I am so glad you’re here! If you’ve been here a while, thank you so much for sticking around.

I am a solo practicing massage therapist located in the beautiful little downtown of Keene, NH. I’ve been an LMT since 2018; I spent the beginning of my massage career working and learning alongside many other amazing LMT’s, and decided to go out on my own in 2024. Since then, I have moved a few times and have worked hard to evolve into the beautiful space I’m currently in. If you haven’t seen it yet, I can’t wait until you do!

My goal is to always help you achieve YOUR goals in a safe, productive, and effective way… and that can look different for everyone. During my sessions I use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial techniques to cater to your individual needs. I also enjoy focusing on facial, scalp and intra-oral work for jaw pain. Additionally, I’ll sometimes use heat or cups to aid in releasing those extra sticky spots.

It is my mission to create a calm, zen, and nourishing atmosphere for you to rest your mind even if just for a moment, and maybe as a bonus you’ll gain some therapeutic relief as well. I look forward to sharing space with you.

Some updates‼️

As mentioned previously, I did increase my rates as of November 1st. If you already have an appointment on the books, the old cost will remain the same. Going forward, all appointments will be the new price. You can review these on the scheduling link in my bio. I appreciate your understanding of this change.

I’ve also added a couple of different options for packages - you can purchase a package of three appointments at 5% off, or a package of four appointments at 10% off. If packages are something you are interested in but want to do a different variation (i.e. a package of five or six), please let me know and I can arrange that!

And lastly, to show my eternal gratitude for all of your continued love, support, and business, please take advantage of a 10% off discount code for gift certificates.
