Pregnancy Resource Center of the Monadnock Region

Pregnancy Resource Center of the Monadnock Region Offering free pregnancy related services with compassion and respect to those in need. That’s why we’re here to help. You are not alone!

We know that an unplanned pregnancy can create a lot of questions with no easy answers. Many of us have been in a similar situation and can relate to how you may feel. Whether you’re scared, angry, or just confused, we can help you manage those feelings and sort through all of your options. We care deeply about helping you make the best decision for yourself and because we do not perform or refer for abortions or arrange adoptions, we have no financial interest in your decision. Our services are completely free of charge. We encourage you to fill out an online request form to schedule a confidential appointment or call our office to speak with one of our staff members. Our services are available regardless of income, race, religion, national origin, age, marital status—or the choice that each woman makes. Please contact us today to learn more about our services.

Doulas are for the entire family, from pregnancy through the postpartum period.

Doulas provide support that encourages partner support, doulas do not replace partners. A doula provides sibling support as well, to help the whole family adjust to live with a newborn.

When considering working with a doula, birth or postpartum, know they're there to support you as a family unit.

Choosing your provider is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make in pregnancy 🤍

And you’re allowed — encouraged — to ask questions that go deeper than “everything looks good.”

These 6 questions help you understand:
✨ how your provider practices
✨ how decisions are made
✨ what support will actually look like in labor
✨ who will truly be in the room with you

Birth is not one-size-fits-all. The right team is the one that aligns with your values, preferences, and needs.

Save this for your next prenatal appointment 📌

Our ministry is based on this truth. Jesus died for our sins so we can have eternal life. We experienced Gods grace and love when He took all our failures, shame, mistakes on the cross so we wouldn’t have to carry them.
We love what we do because it’s our Christian response to what He did for us!
We love like Jesus❤️
