A classic
Edison is believed to have said this in 1903, and this still hasn't come to pass quite yet. I believe this is part of the paradigm shift happening in Western health that has been present in other cultures for centuries. Health is found in what you put on your plate, how you move your body, the quality of your sleep, and your ability to manage stress.
It’s about understanding that your body is a self-healing, self-regulating organism when you give it what it needs and remove what harms it.
Almost all chronic diseases we see commonly today, heart disease, pain, digestive issues, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, and even dementia, are not inevitable consequences of bad luck or aging. They’re consequences of the toxic food system, environmental exposures, chronic stress, and a medical system that waits until you’re sick to intervene.
Our bodies want to heal; we just have to get the right things out of the way.
