We're excited to welcome Rochelle Callison as the new Executive Director at The Arbor at Avamere Court!

Rochelle brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare, including the past four years serving senior living communities. Throughout her career, Rochelle has worked in many capacities, including sales, staffing, resident services coordinator, and administrator, giving her a well-rounded perspective on senior living operations and resident care.

Rochelle shared: "An Oregon native, I am deeply committed to serving the residents, families in my community, as well as the team I work with. I am honored and excited to be part of the dedicated team at The Arbor at Avamere Court. Leading with empathy and compassion, my goal is to continue building on the strong foundation at The Arbor, strengthen partnerships, and work with our community to enhance the life of every person we serve."

Rochelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2019. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and supporting her children in their sporting adventures. She and her husband, Clayton, have three children — two sons, ages 24 and 14, and a 16-year-old daughter — and two beagles, Lucy and Rusty.

We are excited to have Rochelle leading The Arbor and look forward to the strong leadership and experience she brings to the team, our residents, and families.

Our memory care residents had a magical visit to Christmas Storybook Land in Albany! 🎄

Thanks to their generous free trips for seniors, our residents enjoyed festive displays, guided tours, a visit with Santa, cozy blankets, mittens, and even a handmade gift to take home. 🎅🎁

We were honored to host a wellness expo open to the public! Thank you to everyone who contributed to this day of connection and self-care. 🌿

We raised funds for the Alzheimer's Association through our raffle, enjoyed relaxing chair massages by Exhale Sanctuary, and gave our team a much-needed moment to unwind and recharge. Thank you to Rhonda Louise for creating a relaxing atmosphere for our team.

We extend a special shoutout to Wendy Ulmer, Business Office Manager, for organizing such a meaningful event and to our vendors who donated their time and resources. 💙
