Microdermabrasion is another form of exfoliation that can be quite beneficial for a multitude of skin concerns. It can smoothen skin texture, reduce signs of sun damage, help with reducing acne or milia, and help brighten the complexion.

Just like I explained earlier this week about chemical exfoliation, microdermabrasion is terrific, but not everyone is a candidate. But, I love what I do, and I’m always happy to have a consultation and determine which method of exfoliation is going to be the most beneficial for your skincare needs. 🫶🏻

The Full Moon is typically about release. It is the conclusion of a cycle.

This Sunday the full moon in Aries is about taking action with courage and tenacity. Shed that old skin and unburden yourself from that which weighs you down. Set your intentions, and then evaluate whether these goals require being headstrong, or maybe a more gentle tactic. Lean into your independence and embrace setting boundaries that respect your own needs, and the needs of others.

My Full Moon intentions (if anyone is interested):
I release myself from the confines of the safe shell I’ve holed myself up in. I will let my light shine. I will not apologize for, or shy away from what my soul desires. I am a creator. I manifest. I will not make myself small to make others comfortable.

“Chandra” is a Hindu name, and it’s the name of the moon God. I’ve always felt connected to the moon, and I used to tease and say I was a “moon Goddess” because of the meaning of my name.
